We have clubs for every age and ability, but to become a member of Kiwanis, you must be the legal age of adulthood in the state or country in which the club is located. Our final tip from this week's series: If you find, after reflection, that your anger was the result of an injustice that needs to be resolved, channel that emotion into a solution, says Ryan Martin, professor of psychology and the associate dean for the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. “You can channel it into art or music. You can write letters to the editor. You can (peacefully) protest. There are a lot of things we can do that are healthy.”
