With the cost of meals at meetings, district and club dues, and freebies offered to some/such as comped hotel rooms and waived registration fees at conventions as well as comped travel expenses to KI meetings and conventions; you’re pricing yourselves out of members, particularly the retired on fixed incomes who, arguably, have the most available time to volunteer.
Members down, dues up—the end is is sight.
